Urban Legends is looking for an Hairstylist to join our team!

SALARY & BENEFITS

We compensate our team with exceptional, hourly wages opposed to commission. This means that whether you have clients or not, you’re getting paid. You can plan your life around your consistent, reliable paycheques. This makes a big impact on our team culture and client experience! No one is rushing through their clients in order to make more money. If a client no-shows, you aren’t out of pocket. You get paid the same wage to help at reception as you do to do a head of highlights. It takes the whole team to make UL run and no matter how you’re contributing, you’re getting paid.

  • $25-$35 per hour (based on experience & education)

  • Monday to Friday work week (all weekends, STAT holidays, and Christmas week off)

  • Benefits such as CPP, EI, WorkSafe, STAT Pay, Sick Pay, Vacation Pay

  • Tips & Seasonal Bonuses

  • Staff Pricing on all products and services like Laser Hair Removal, Facials, Waxing, Botox, Filler, and more!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 Years of Hairstyling Experience

  • Experience cutting a variety of hair styles (including short feminine styles)

  • Experience colouring a variety of styles

While we are looking for a full-time team member, part-time applications will be considered.
