We compensate our staff hourly, which means you are getting paid whether you are booked with clients or not. You don’t have to worry about the lost income from cancellations or no-shows. As long as you are here contributing to the team, you get paid.

It is a high priority that our team members get more than just a living wage and are able to support themselves, their families, and life outside of work! We offer competitive wages based on experience/education and regular wage increases.

We have hairstylists, estheticians, cosmetic injectors, and administrators that all work together to ensure we are providing extraordinary experiences. No matter what role you’re in at UL, you are an important part of the team! 

With all these different expertises under one roof, we are able to offer a solution for any wellness/beauty concern someone may have.
